Yes, the PowerSource Pro bundle comes with a 200W solar panel, and you can also add up to an additional 200W solar panel(s) for a total of 400W of solar to increase its charging rate. If you already have a 12V solar panel (the open circuit voltage of your solar panel cannot exceed 30 volts) from another brand, you can most likely still use it with the PowerSource Pro. You may need to purchase an Anderson PP15/45 adapter and parallel Y-connector to connect your panel to the PowerSource.

The intelligent power display shows the remaining battery charge and the time to empty/full. It helps you monitor the power usage and plan your charging and discharging accordingly. The time to empty shown on the display is based on the current power draw of all the devices connected to the PowerSource Pro. The time to empty varies as the power draw varies. If the input power (charging the PowerSource) is greater than the output power (used to power your items), the LCD screen will show the “Time to Full” message. If the input power is less than the output power, the screen will show the “Time to Empty” message. The LCD screen can be turned off by pressing the display button. Refer to user manual for full LCD screen details diagram.

The PowerSource Pro can be charged via AC or solar power. It takes less than 2 hours to fully charge via AC power, and 3-4 hours to fully charge via 400W solar (approximately 8 hours with 200W). The solar panel’s integrated kickstand also makes it easy to position it for maximum sun exposure to help optimize solar recharging.

Yes, you can charge the PowerSource Pro while using it to power your devices

If your PowerSource is fully discharged, the intelligent LCD screen will be completely dark. This screen will illuminate as soon as the PowerSource is connected to power, letting you know that the unit is charging, and will continually display the growing charge level.

Yes, you can keep the PowerSource Pro Battery Generator plugged into your AC outlet for maintenance charging. The internal charger is designed to optimize power without overcharging the battery.

Yes, you can use smaller, lower-wattage solar panels to charge the PowerSource Pro Battery Generator, but the charge times will vary according to the wattage of your panel.

The advantages of adding another solar panel include faster charging which leads to longer runtimes for your devices.

The PowerSource Pro features top-tier, long-lasting LG lithium battery cells that hold a charge for months and can be recharged hundreds of times. Even with frequent weekly use, your PowerSource Pro will be a reliable source of power for up to 10 years.

UPS mode stands for Uninterruptible Power Supply mode. In this mode, the PowerSource Pro will continue to supply power to your devices when the input power source (AC or solar panel) is interrupted.

The PowerSource Pro battery generator can automatically turn on when you lose power to keep your devices going. Simply connect the PowerSource Pro to an AC outlet, then plug your devices into it and turn on the corresponding outputs by holding the button for 3 seconds, the port LED will blink. The PowerSource Pro will stay fully charged and when you experience a power outage, the PowerSource Pro will automatically engage the long-lasting lithium battery power to continue powering your devices.

To conserve power, each output is designed to automatically turn off if there is less than 10W-AC or 100mA-USB/12V power output for more than five hours. However, you can turn off this power save feature by simply pressing and holding the corresponding On/Off button (AC/USB/12V) for 3 seconds. For more detailed instructions on how to turn on UPS/Power Save Off mode, please refer to the “UPS” or “Power Save Off” Mode section in the user manual.

Turn on the outputs by pressing the power button located on the front panel of the PowerSource Pro. It may take up to 3 seconds before power is delivered to your device.
