E-Commerce Manager

We design and source products for direct, retail, and OEM distribution channels to provide consumer-centric solutions. The Role:
The successful candidate will coordinate all e-commerce activities to build and manage the company’s site(s), including income generation. The E-commerce Manager will drive effective website layouts, features, and profitability. Additionally, the manager will advise on evidence-based results supported by metrics while working collaboratively across the enterprise.
Job Duties:
- Collaborate on strategies that incorporate best practices, prevailing standards, and innovative initiatives to promote brand development and profitable revenue growth.
- Create frameworks that integrate all paid and organic initiatives into highly effective platforms.
- Direct the activities of software development, copywriting, and graphic design to align in partnership with marketing.
- Integrate e-commerce activities with key customers, sales, operations, and IT.
- Overall Amazon responsibility to drive accelerated sales and the company’s internal brand.
- Analyze traffic and key metrics to improve website effectiveness and drive marketing/brand strategies.
- Create promotional offers linking and integrating web related initiatives with consumers, customers, and sales.
- Work with IT to review site security, payment procedures, and legal disclaimers.
Qualifications:
- E-commerce experience and success is mandatory
- A degree in marketing management or information systems is preferred, but not required.
- Sound knowledge of e-commerce procedures and techniques.
- Able to resolve disputes, manage conflict, and juggle/ manage priorities to ensure that deliverables are achieved on time to the required quality standards.
- Unmatched research, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in project management, collaboration, and results.
- The overall scope is to enable and integrate websites and internet activities with online e-commerce as an easy to use, speedy, and secure channel to enhance sales, profitability, and the brand(s).

Job Type: Full-time Exempt
Schedule and Location: This position will be a hybrid of working remotely with limited time required in the office after successful onboarding. A local presence would be a plus but is not required.
