Ophir Marish has over 15 years of experience in
the replacement battery industry and extensive knowledge of the characteristics
and structure of the market. Mr. Marish has been with Battery-Biz since 1989.
He took a three year leave of absence in 1996 to attend Loyola Marymount Law
School where he graduated with honors. Mr. Marish has worked in virtually every
department of the company. He grew the company’s revenues by over 500% while
serving a five-year tenure as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Marish
became the company’s CEO in 2000. In 2004, Mr. Marish was named one of
Dealerscope Magazine’s “Top 40 Under 40”, a recognition awarded to the consumer
electronics industry’s best and brightest.

Yossi Jakubovits accepted the position of Chief
Financial Officer in November of 2006. Prior to joining Battery Biz, Mr.
Jakubovits served as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer
of LuminentOIC, a leading provider of fiber optic components. Mr. Jakubovits
joined LuminentOIC, a wholly owned subsidiary of MRV Communications, in April
of 2000 and was part of the team leading Luminent to a successful IPO. Between
1987 and 2000, Mr. Jakubovits was a partner in the public accounting firm of
Getz, Krycler and Jakubovits. During his tenure at Getz Krycler and Jakubovits,
he managed complex tax matters, audits of various private and public companies,
and provided ongoing financial consulting. Mr. Jakubovits is a Certified Public
Accountant and holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from
California State University of Northridge and a Bachelor of Commerce degree
from McGill University in Montreal.

Dave Derse has over 20 years of diversified
sales experience in the sales and marketing of Consumer Electronics, Personal
Computers and PC Peripherals. Prior to joining Battery-Biz in January of 2007,
Mr. Derse led sales initiatives addressing the needs of national and regional
retail chains, distribution, eCommerce and OEM channels. Mr. Derse led
organizations from start-up to sales responsibility in excess of $250 million.
He has developed strategies, created policy and executed on business plans for
industry icons including Epson, Canon and Logitech. Dave brings a strong
understanding of channel sales and leadership to Battery-Biz and is responsible
for growing the sales of the Duracell and Hi-Capacity brands. Mr. Derse has a
BS in Business Administration from Rider University.
