The Hi-Capacity Battery Configurator is a turnkey
solution that enables our customers to set up a fully functional battery
website or integrate a full-featured battery store into their existing
website with little or no programming required.
The Configurator integrates our extensive product
database directly into our customer’s website while maintaining the
visual integrity of the site. It allows shoppers to access Battery-Biz’s
online database and quickly locate the power product that they are
looking for. The Configurator will then drop that product into the
shopping cart, without shoppers ever knowing that Battery-Biz was
involved.
The Configurator is designed to:
- Make the ordering process easy by giving customers an
efficient way of finding the power products that they need.

Design Engineering Capabilities
Battery-Biz has design capabilities in the United States
at our California corporate offices and in Korea at our manufacturing
facility. Battery-Biz engineers and technicians will use our customer’s
power requirements to guide them through the design stage while
providing assistance with cell selection, protection, charging
recommendations and final packaging. We also follow strict testing
protocol to ensure that the finished product is up to high performance
standards. Battery-Biz is one of the few companies with the capability
to design and manufacture smart batteries. We can develop smart
batteries “from the ground up” or reverse engineer existing designs.
Prototyping
Because we have on-hand inventory of most popular cells,
protection circuitry, and contact configuration, we are able to produce
working prototypes within a short lead-time. We follow a timely schedule
to deliver initial and beta samples to customers in order to ensure that
the power product is in line with customer demands. Sample cells and
chargers are available for next day shipment for customer review.
Testing
Battery-Biz’s rigorous Quality Assurance program insures
that defect rates remain below one half of one percent, well below the
industry average of two percent. Extensive tests are conducted in all
phases of product development and on each part after final production.
Functional, in-circuit and other advanced testing techniques are applied
for compatibility and reliability.
Manufacturing
All rechargeable battery packs are manufactured in one of
our ISO9001 certified facilities, with testing capabilities that meet UN
and UL standards. Smaller scale manufacturing and prototyping will be
performed in the U.S. facilities, while larger production will be
completed in the Korean factory.

customer finds an equivalent product at a lower price, we will do our
